Core Responsibilities

• Legal Research & Investigation: Investigate case facts and research relevant laws, regulations, and past legal decisions.
• Document Drafting: Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
• Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, schedule depositions, and manage dockets or court deadlines.
• Trial/Hearing Preparation: Compile trial notebooks, assemble exhibits, and assist attorneys during hearings, trials, or real estate closings.
• Client Communication: Conduct initial client interviews, gather case details, and maintain ongoing correspondence.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex legal texts and synthesize information.
• Attention to Detail: High precision in reviewing documents, citing sources, and tracking filing deadlines.
• Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent written and verbal skills for interacting with courts, clients, and witnesses.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with legal management software and electronic discovery platforms.
• Education: Typically requires an Associate's degree or certificate
