Inside Sales Technical

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Stafford, TX. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting order management and customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Process quotes, pricing, and order updates accurately
• Communicate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, shipping) to ensure smooth order flow
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and company systems
• Assist customers with product information, availability, and order status
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Learn product specifications and industry requirements to better support customers

Must Haves:

• Strong organized order management mentality
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Willingness and ability to learn industry products and specifications
• Strong communicator with internal departments and team members

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales, order processing, or similar role
• Knowledge of electrical terms and product specifications is a plus
