Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead a small recruiting team, who will directly be reporting to the Sales Director, with a primary focus on acquiring new clients while managing and deepening relationships with existing ones. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze performance to drive team success. Occasional travel to client sites is expected to support client relations and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small recruiting team of 1-4 people
• Drive customer acquisition and expand client base
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Monitor and analyze team performance to meet sales targets
• Provide staff training and development
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Occasionally travel to client sites to ensure efficiency and support sales efforts
