We are looking for Kansas City-area independent consultants who can build positive client relationships while helping travelers navigate the vacation-planning process.
Consultants will conduct discovery conversations, identify client priorities, research appropriate travel products, develop recommendations, explain booking conditions, and maintain communication before and after eligible reservations. Advisors must handle client information professionally and complete relevant supplier training.
Ideal candidates are approachable, self-directed, organized, and confident communicating remotely. Applicants must be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have dependable computer and internet access. Travel experience is welcome but not required.
This is a flexible, commission-only 1099 independent-contractor opportunity suitable for part-time or full-time availability. Mattis Travel does not guarantee wages, clients, bookings, commissions, or income. Contractors are responsible for reporting earnings and paying their own federal, state, and local taxes. Candidates are being considered immediately.
