This is a rotating shift position: Work 14 days out of a 28 day schedule.

Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine Supervisor:
At least 3 years of paper machine operations experience
Proven leadership as a Supervisor, Lead, or Engineer in the paper industry
Strong knowledge of paper machine processes, troubleshooting, and optimization
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
