We are seeking a Telecommunications Solutions Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement enterprise telecommunications, network, voice, mobility, audiovisual, and infrastructure projects across facilities.
In this role, you will manage vendor coordination, technology modernization initiatives, implementation activities, and strategic infrastructure planning to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Technology Planning & Project Delivery
Lead telecommunications, network, voice, and infrastructure modernization projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Coordinate project activities across multiple facilities and key stakeholders.
Provide clear project status reporting to leadership.
Infrastructure Modernization
Develop and manage infrastructure upgrade roadmaps

Fiber and Structured Cabling
Public Address Systems
HVAC Monitoring Systems
Fire Alarm Infrastructure
Cisco Endpoint Refresh Programs
Support the implementation of emerging technologies and infrastructure enhancements.
Telecommunications & Voice Services
Lead VoIP and HVS transformation initiatives.
Develop implementation strategies for voice modernization projects.
Coordinate site assessments, inventory reviews, equipment staging, deployment, and migration activities.
Ensure smooth and successful transitions from legacy voice platforms.
Vendor & Contract Management
Maintain active partnerships with telecommunications carriers and technology vendors.
Coordinate vendor deliverables and hold teams accountable to project commitments.
Participate in technology evaluations and vendor selection processes.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Asset & Infrastructure Governance
Oversee inventory management and reconciliation efforts across facilities.
Ensure infrastructure assets are properly documented in Asset Management systems.
Coordinating technology refresh initiatives and equipment lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
Technical Background: Hands-on experience managing telecommunications, networking, VoIP, wireless technologies, and enterprise infrastructure projects.
Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing technology vendors and carrier deliverables.
Location: Must be local to the Metro Atlanta area for a hybrid work schedule.
Work Schedule: Full-Time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
