Technical Product Analyst

You'll be working with sales, product owners, designers and engineering to analyse and document customer product journeys, supporting high quality product feature development.

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
5+ years' experience in business analysis, product analysis, user experience analysis or similar.
Strong skillsets in analysis, questioning and documentation.
Demonstrated experience communicating requirements to engineering teams, with high quality outcomes.
Experience in requirements analysis for systems or integrations, such as API specifications or AI agent workflows
Experience in an agile environment
Proven collaboration with product managers, scrum masters and engineers.

Work that matters - What you'll be doing
You'll be designing the future TenderLink platform in partnership with the director of product, a product designer and a dedicated engineering team. This will involve:
Requirements analysis defining detailed functional and technical requirements from product designs and journeys
Communication helping engineering teams understand the context of requirements and facilitating communication with product owners.
Knowledge management setting and encouraging standards for effective documentation of knowledge, to support high quality outcomes.

3-5+ years' experience in business analysis, product analysis, user experience analysis or similar.
