Social Worker, BSW in OH

Position Overview:

• Work as a Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree in the state of Ohio

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide counseling and support to individuals and families
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure clients receive appropriate services
• Advocate for clients' rights and assist them in accessing needed benefits and services
• Document client interactions and progress according to professional standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program
• Valid Social Worker license in the state of Ohio
• Experience working with diverse populations in a social work setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
