Spanish-Speaking Social Media Assistant

Goals Plastic Surgery is hiring a Spanish-speaking Social Media Assistant to join our Bronx location. This role is perfect for someone who lives on Instagram, understands viral content, and can confidently communicate with our Spanish-speaking audience.

You'll help manage daily social media activity, assist with content creation, and engage with potential patients - all while working inside a fast-growing, high-energy cosmetic surgery brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with daily Instagram, TikTok, and social media activity
• Research for UGC creators and influencers
• Assist with posting Reels, Stories, and feed content
• Daily filming in-clinic (before/after, behind-the-scenes, trends)
• Monitor trends and suggest viral content ideas
• Support marketing team with basic admin and social tasks

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish & English (required)
• Comfortable on camera and around content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
• Basic social media skills (posting, captions, engagement)
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work on-site in the Bronx
• Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing skills
• Previous social media or influencer experience
