Job Description
This role focuses on providing high-quality, high-volume phlebotomy services while delivering excellent customer service to a diverse patient population. You will perform 20-30+ blood draws per day, help reduce patient wait times, and ensure accurate specimen collection, labeling, processing, and documentation in accordance with established procedures and safety regulations.

Work Environment
This is an on-site role in a clinical or laboratory setting that supports a high volume of patients, including many pediatric and Hispanic patients. The schedule typically runs Monday through Friday with every Saturday shift. The environment is fast-paced, with a strong focus on reducing patient wait times and maintaining an efficient workflow. You will work with standard phlebotomy and laboratory equipment, including straight needles, butterfly needles, specimen collection tubes, centrifuges, and temperature-controlled storage for specimens. The setting follows strict OSHA and DEP safety regulations, with established protocols for specimen handling, decontamination, and infection control. Professional clinical attire appropriate to a healthcare environment is expected.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
