Social Media and Project Coordinator

We're seeking a Social Media & Projects Coordinator to join the team! In this role, you'll be responsible for executing social media content, supporting marketing and community initiatives, and ensuring all communications are timely, compliant, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
• Write clear, engaging, bilingual (English/Spanish) copy aligned with brand voice and accessibility standards
• Develop and adapt content including captions, graphics, short-form video, and campaigns
• Manage content calendars, asset organization, and version control
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables for campaigns, events, and initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and community partners
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, clicks) and provide reporting insights
• Repurpose long-form content into social-ready formats
• Ensure all communications follow healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, patient privacy, consent)
• Identify trends, community feedback, and potential issues, escalating when necessary
• Support campaign execution tied to healthcare services, public health initiatives, and events

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital communications, or marketing
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Experience managing multiple social platforms in a professional setting
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills (including basic video and graphic content)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
• Understanding of healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated environments preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and compliance best practices is a plus
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, scheduling, or analytics is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
