Job Title: Service Quotation Administrator Location: Nashville, TN Job Type: 12+ Contract (Possible Extension) Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Quote Administrator to support the preparation, validation, and delivery of service quotations. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, ensuring accurate pricing, and supporting the end-to-end quotation lifecycle. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with data and customer-facing processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer requirements and service entitlements to prepare accurate service quotations Support the standardization and improvement of quoting processes and workflows Manage end-to-end quote lifecycle, including tracking, follow-ups, and timely delivery Prepare Time & Material (T&M) quotes with clear cost breakdowns and assumptions Coordinate internal review and approval workflows for all quotations Monitor quote status and respond to customer inquiries effectively Analyze trends in quote acceptance/rejection and suggest process improvements Investigate discrepancies between quotes, invoices, and service delivery Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records of all quotes Use data analysis to provide insights for pricing and operational optimization Required Qualifications High School Diploma / Vocational Education 0-3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or support roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Skills Data Analysis & Interpretation Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) Data Entry & Recordkeeping Documentation & Reporting Customer Service Tools / CRM systems Requirements Analysis Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Administrative or Operational Support Nice to Have Exposure to quoting, pricing, or billing processes Experience with service operations or technical support environments
