Job Details We are a consumer products manufacturer seeking a supply chain leader to strengthen production planning, materials management, and inventory performance. This role partners with manufacturing, procurement, customer service, and IT to keep production schedules aligned with demand and ensure materials are available when needed. What You'll Do Lead production and materials planning across manufacturing operations, balancing customer demand, capacity, inventory, and service goals. Build and maintain production schedules, material plans, bills of materials, and inventory targets. Coordinate new product launches, packaging changes, and promotional transitions while limiting obsolete inventory. Resolve material shortages and schedule changes with plant teams, suppliers, and customer service. Improve planning processes, reporting, and system adoption; partner with IT on ERP and MRP enhancements. Develop planning procedures, train users, and track performance through service, inventory, and schedule adherence metrics. What We're Looking For Experience in production planning, materials planning, inventory management, or supply planning within manufacturing. Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, and bills of materials. Ability to translate forecasts and customer requirements into practical plant schedules and inventory plans. Experience improving cross-functional processes and supporting system implementations. Clear communication skills and the ability to work closely with plant operations and business teams. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field preferred.
