Sales Development Representative (Manager Trainee)

We are seeking a dynamic and fiercely motivated Sales Development Representative (Manager Trainee) to join our growing team. This isnt just an entry-level job it is a fast-track leadership program. You will start as an appointment setter to master the fundamentals of our industry and our proven sales system. As you learn the ropes, you will quickly transition into closing your own deals, with the ultimate goal of managing and developing your own sales team.

Instead, we utilize a highly targeted approach to our D2D outreach, leveraging a variety of advanced technology and software to pinpoint exactly which neighborhoods and homes to visit. This paid position is designed to empower you to excel in sales and step into a leadership role as quickly as your work ethic allows.

Compensation & Earning Potential We believe in aggressively rewarding hard work and system execution.

First-Year Target (Hitting Bare Minimums): $75,000/year

Top First-Year Earners: $150,000+/year Your income will scale rapidly as you transition from setting initial appointments to closing your own deals and earning overrides as a manager.

Duties

Execute a highly targeted door-to-door (D2D) and outreach strategy, utilizing our proprietary software and technology to pinpoint high-potential territories.

Generate new leads and set highly qualified appointments for our senior team while you master the fundamentals of our industry.

Strictly learn and apply our proven sales system, focusing on consultative, problem-finding questions to uncover homeowner needs.

Transition from setting to closing by shadowing top performers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to satisfied customer.

Utilize our CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.

Prepare for future leadership by mastering the system so you can eventually train, manage, and scale your own team of setters and closers.

Requirements
