Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Community Health, or related field.
Three to five years of experience in community health, program coordination, healthcare outreach, or related field.
Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience.
Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree preferred.
Experience managing multi-site or community-based programs.
Familiarity with rural health initiatives, government-funded programs, and community partnerships.
Completion of a Community Health Worker training program (such as Partners in Care) preferred at hire.
Ability to obtain Community Health Worker credentialing preferred.
Grant writing, grant administration, or grant reporting experience preferred.
