Rockville Nanny

The Elite Nanny Team is seeking an experienced, dependable, and nurturing full-time nanny for a wonderful family with three children in Rockville, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional nanny who enjoys working with young children and has significant hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers.

The family has an 8-month-old infant, a 2-year-old toddler, and a 6-year-old child. The nanny will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and will play an important role in creating a safe, organized, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for the children.

Full-Time Nanny Responsibilities

The full-time nanny will manage the children's daily routines while providing attentive, age-appropriate care. Responsibilities include:

- Caring for three children, with a strong emphasis on infant and toddler care
- Transporting the 6-year-old child to daycare as needed
- Preparing bottles, milk, meals, snacks, and age-appropriate foods
- Sterilizing bottles and maintaining proper infant feeding routines
- Cooking and preparing soft foods suitable for the younger children
- Creating engaging developmental activities that encourage learning, exploration, and age-appropriate milestones
- Taking the children outdoors for walks, fresh air, and active play
- Organizing indoor and outdoor activities appropriate for infants and toddlers
- Giving baths and assisting with children's hygiene and bedtime routines
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen after preparing children's meals
- Completing children's laundry only
- Keeping children's spaces, feeding areas, and activity areas neat and organized
- Following the family's established routines, instructions, and childcare preferences
- Providing attentive supervision while prioritizing children's safety and well-being

Professional Nanny Qualifications

Significant professional nanny experience is essential, particularly experience caring for toddlers. The ideal candidate understands the unique needs of infants and toddlers and can confidently manage multiple children while remaining calm, organized, and engaged.

A valid driver's license and access to a safe, reliable personal vehicle are required. The nanny will use their personal vehicle for work-related transportation and will be reimbursed for vehicle use.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $27.00 $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
