A Registered Nurse, RN who excels in this role: Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred ASLS certification preferred
