DTS is looking for Recruiter for our direct client Position in Detroit, MI Role description : Top Three Skills Technology Talent Sourcing LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean Search Methodology Passive Candidate Identification, Engagement, and Screening Required Skills 3+ years of technology sourcing and/or recruiting experience. Experience sourcing software engineering, data, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, product, or technology leadership talent. Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques. Experience engaging and screening passive candidates. Ability to develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Desired Skills Experience supporting large-scale or high-volume technology hiring initiatives. Talent mapping and market intelligence experience. Competitive talent market research experience. Familiarity with Workday Recruiting and modern recruiting technologies. Experience partnering with multiple recruiters and hiring managers simultaneously. Ideal Candidate Profile (3-5 sentences describing an ideal candidate) The ideal candidate is an experienced technology sourcer who excels at identifying, engaging, and screening passive talent across software engineering, data, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, product, and technology leadership functions. This individual has a proven track record of building qualified candidate pipelines and converting top talent in highly competitive markets. They are skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, and market research, and can independently manage multiple searches while partnering effectively with recruiters and hiring managers. The successful candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of quickly generating candidate flow to support increased technology hiring demand. Preferred Industry Experience (1-2 sentences describing desired industry expertise) Previous experience supporting technology recruiting within financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, healthcare, consulting, or large corporate environments is preferred. Candidates should have demonstrated success sourcing highly competitive technology talent in complex, fast-paced organizations.
