Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing staffing firm whose primary focus is light industrial and manufacturing staffing.

We are looking for a Bilingual recruiter to support our new market in Louisville Kentucky!

The Light Industrial Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, production, and logistics positions. This role works closely with clients and operations teams to ensure staffing needs are met while maintaining high levels of employee engagement, retention, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire candidates for light industrial positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, community outreach, and networking.
• Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and skills assessments.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future staffing needs.
• Match candidates with client requirements, schedules, and work environments.
• Communicate job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, and expectations to applicants.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and retention after placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives.
• Meet recruiting, placement, retention, and client service goals.
