Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist to work locum shifts in Gainesville, FL Starting 12/8/26 and is ongoing through 2027, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The NP/PA Hospitalist role:

• Starting 12/8/26 and is ongoing through 2027
• APP coverage nighttime Hospitalist coverage, physician backup available
• 7 on/7 off; nights, typically 7p-7a
• Overnight admissions and cross-coverage, approximately 1-2 admits/night
• EMR- Meditech

Requirements for NP/PA Hospitalist role:

• FL state license; active, unrestricted
• Active Board certified
• Certification - BLS
• 1-2 years of NP/PA experience
