Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric Surgery / Trauma

Greenstaff Medical is seeking a seasoned Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support a prominent health system in Lubbock at a Trauma Level I inpatient facility.

Provider must have clean NPDB Self Query to be considered

Pay Rate: $110-120
Duration: 8/1/2026 to 3/31/2027 with possibility to extend
Please allow at least 45 days for privileges to be granted
Schedule: Full Time - May consider 3-4 shifts weekly
Shifts: 7a to 7p Regular Hours
Call Details: 7p to 7a Night Call, Weekend 24 Hr Call. Beeper call with 10 min response time from hotel, or there is a call room you can stay in at the hospital. Night Call Flat Rate $200 per night + Call Back pay. 24 Hr Call Flat Rate $275 + Call Back pay after first 3 hours. Call Back Rate $175 per hour.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with inpatient Pediatric Surgery / Trauma strongly preferred. Neonate experience preferred. Emergency Room experience preferred. Suturing, Surgical Care and Diagnostic/Therapeutic Taps preferred.
Requirements:
- Clean NPDB Self Query - Emergency Privileges will be needed
- Active TX License
- DEA
- Board Certified FNP
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS/APLS from American Heart Association

Employment Model: 1099 (W-2 also available but pay rates will differ)
Pay Model: Weekly
Local or Travel in Candidates accepted
Travel Expenses Model: Reimbursement Based - Lodging (hotel or long-term rental), Airfare, Rental Car + Fuel. Mileage for Drive In candidates only.
Malpractice coverage is provided
