Phone Distribution Representative

We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Phone Distribution Representative to assist individuals needing an assisted phone service. This position follows established procedures to verify eligibility, complete required steps, and distribute devices.

• Assist customers through the phone enrollment and distribution process
• Follow established procedures and guidelines accurately
• Enter and update customer information using computer systems
• Explain basic phone features and setup instructions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Troubleshoot basic technology issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

The ideal candidate is patient, organized, comfortable with technology, and enjoys helping people. You should be able to quickly learn new systems and confidently assist customers through each step of the process.

Requirements

• Proficient with computers, smartphones, and technology
• Comfortable learning and following detailed processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable and professional
• Previous customer service or technology experience is a plus

Benefits

Pay: $12 an hour with a 40 hour work week
