Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Call Center Representative Location: Austin, TX 78727 Duration: 11 Months (Possible Extensions) Payrange: $18hr-$20hr Key Requirement Minimum 6 months of high-volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Assist Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related inquiries. Assist with problem resolution and escalate/transfer calls to the appropriate Call Center unit when needed. Accurately document customer interactions in online logs. Meet individual call-center performance and quality standards. Maintain strict attendance and performance requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Preferred Skills M.S Office experience. Strong multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment.
