Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Build your practice within an established women's health program in Northeast Alabama, with the flexibility to join an existing group or assume a retiring physician's patient panel. Practice Overview

• Choose a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology or emphasize your preferred clinical focus
• Access Da Vinci robotic surgery along with a broad range of OB and GYN procedures
• Partnership and ownership opportunities are available for long-term career growth

Schedule

• Shared 1:10 call rotation with three-day call blocks
• Weekend call is compensated separately for additional earning potential
• Established patient demand with the opportunity to build a busy practice quickly

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $375,000-$400,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail insurance
• Partnership opportunity with long-term ownership potential

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable providing comprehensive OB and GYN care
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
• Robotic surgery experience is welcomed but not required
