Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Locum Family Medicine MD/DO needed in Santa Rosa, CA

$140 - 160/hr all-inclusive pay rate

Start Date: ASAP Most likely June 1, 2026

LOA: 90 Day contract with option to extend.

Credentialing: 2 weeks

ACLS or BLS, DEA

MUST see all ages. Chronic Care/Pain Management, Diabetes is prevalent in their community MUST be comfortable dealing with that.

Patient Volume: 12-14ppd

Schedule: M-F 8-5 no flex.

Call: They have the providers do evening calls 1x/week I believe she said. It s just phone triage. THEY DO NOT NEED TO GO INTO CLINIC.

EMR: EPIC need someone that has experience with it. OR must be EMR savvy. (Don t have a ton of time to train providers on it.)

License: CA prefer, CAN TAKE ANY STATE LICENSE.
