Depending on the role (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, LVN, etc.), responsibilities may include:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient healthcare services
• Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
• Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities
• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans
• Support organizational goals related to community health and access
• Participate in outreach and health education initiatives when applicable
