We are seeking an clinical Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IV therapy experience to join our healthcare team.

DUTIES: Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to inform treatment plans.
Assist with medical procedures such as common to Rheumatology practices.
Document patient information thoroughly using EMR , ensure medical records are complete and compliant with regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and coordination of home & community care services.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as acute pain episodes or airway management needs in inpatient or outpatient settings.
RQUIREMENTS: Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Proven experience with clinical medical practices.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-10), and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
Competency in medication administration, IV infusion therapy, phlebotomy, and basic life support (BLS).
Familiarity with infection control practices and aseptic techniques across various clinical procedures.
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges; experience in geriatrics or memory care is highly valued.
Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication and teamwork abilities.

Company Description The Arthritis Care Center Oklahoma, PLLC is a specialty medical practice that treats all arthritis and related diseases. We have an infusion therapy department that is designed to treat some arthritis and autoimmune diseases with biologics. We have an xray department with full xrays and a Bone Densiometry Scanner (DEXA Scan). We have a high complexity CLIA certified lab. Lastly we have a very dedicated and friendlly staff that works well as a team.
