Scismic is supporting the growth of a company seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor!
You will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a regulated environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time production. This role oversees floor execution, schedules work, coaches operators, and drives quality and performance across the team. The supervisor partners cross-functionally to resolve issues, reviews production documentation, and supports timely batch release while maintaining inspection readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
• Coach and develop operators through training, performance management, and 1:1s
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and quality systems
• Review production documentation and support deviation initiation and closure
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with cross-functional partners
• Drive continuous improvement and support operational projects
• Provide leadership coverage as needed

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong decision-making, communication, and technical writing skills
• Hands-on knowledge of batch records and quality documentation
• Familiarity with cleanroom or biologics manufacturing preferred
• Continuous improvement and change leadership mindset
