Part-Time Box Maker

Position overview

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Box Maker to support production and packaging operations. This role is responsible for forming containers, packing products accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Form containers manually or using a case forming machine.

Pack products according to established procedures and quality standards.

Ensure correct product is placed into the correct container.

Pre-stage materials neatly in designated production areas.

Identify waste issues and notify leadership promptly.

Operate a pallet jack as required.

Perform cleaning and sanitation duties throughout shift.

Maintain a safe and organized workspace at all times.

Requirements

Lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.

Stand for extended periods during shift.

Push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach frequently.

Work in loud production environments.

Work in temperatures of 90 degrees F or higher for most of the shift.

Adapt to production schedules based on volume demands.

Maintain strong attendance and reliability.
