Bella Santé is seeking a skilled, licensed Esthetician to join our established spa team. For over 30 years, Bella Santé has built a reputation for thoughtful, high-quality skincare across our three locations. Skincare here is approached with precision, discernment, and care. We're looking for someone who values both visible results and long-term relationships with their guests.

The Esthetician delivers personalized facial and skincare treatments with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Every service should feel thoughtful, unhurried, and tailored to the individual-while staying aligned with Bella Santé's established protocols to ensure consistency across the experience. Equal attention is given to clinical results and restorative experience.

• Perform customized facial and skincare treatments in line with Bella Santé standards and protocols
• Deliver both results-oriented and relaxation-focused services with equal care and intention
• Analyze skin and recommend treatments and homecare with clarity and confidence
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation
• Build strong guest relationships that lead to repeat visits and continuity of care
• Stay current on services, products, and ongoing education

You're committed to both customization and consistency-you know how to tailor each service to the guest in front of you while respecting the structure of well-designed protocols. You're equally comfortable delivering clinical, corrective treatments and slower, more restorative services, and you understand the value of both. You connect easily with guests, anticipate what they need, take time to reflect on their skin and goals, and empower them with the right guidance-without overcomplicating it.

• Current Massachusetts Esthetician license required
• Previous spa or clinical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
