HVAC Service Technician / Installer

Mann's Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled, motivated technician to join our 62-year team. This role includes HVAC installation, service, and repair, along with helping customers understand their options.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform installations and service work
• Provide strong customer service
• Maintain truck stock, tools, and safety equipment
• Communicate with dispatcher and customers on scheduling
• Collect payment/authorization upon job completion
• Document installed equipment (make, model, serial, photos)
• Help customers decide between repair or replacement
• Meet performance standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience (mini splits, boilers, furnaces, AC/heat pumps)
• Own hand tools
• Knowledge of HVAC codes
• Experience with hot air and hot water systems
• Valid, clean driver's license
• Willing to work overtime and on-call
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Willing to continue training/education

Certifications:

• EPA Certification (required)
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
