Integrated Restoration - Lead Carpenter

Location: Cleveland
Pay: Depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild and restore residential/commercial properties after fire, water, storm, or structural damage
• Perform:
• • Framing
  • Drywall installation/finishing
  • Trim and finish carpentry
  • Painting and cabinetry
  • Structural repairs
  • Window/door restoration
• Read scopes and plans with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with project managers and restoration specialists
• Maintain safe and clean job sites
• Participate in emergency board-up/on-call rotation
• Lead and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry or restoration experience
• Skilled in framing, drywall, finish work, painting, and remodeling
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Own standard hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
