We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Marine Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and experience working with electrical systems in Tugs/Barges. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.

As a Marine Electrician, your responsibilities will include:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

Troubleshooting electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and calipers.

Assembling and installing electrical devices according to specifications.

Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs.

Performing maintenance for Tug and Barge service to ensure reliability on job sites.

Collaborating with other tradespeople and service technicians to complete projects efficiently.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Preferred qualifications include:

Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role.

Strong marine electrical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Ability to work with VFD.

Travel for work if needed

Must be able to Work Overtime

Must have a valid TWIC card or able to apply for.

Ability to work effectively in all weather conditions.
