The Investor Relations Associate, Commercial Real Estate, plays a crucial solo role in managing communications and relationships with private investors. This position ensures seamless investor engagement, maintains accurate data within AppFolio, and upholds regulatory compliance, supporting the success and transparency of the commercial real estate investments.

Must be familiar with CRM software applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications with private investors to provide updates and address inquiries
• Maintain strong client relations to foster trust and ongoing investment
• Oversee data management and ensure accuracy in investor records
• Maintain and update CRM to track investor activity
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in investor relations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Knowledge of commercial real estate industry
• Strong investor relations and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and CRM software, especially AppFolio
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
