Investor Relations Associate

The Atlantic Group has partnered with an investment management firm in the Manhattan area. They have an immediate need for 3 Investor Relations Associates to join their team. These roles range from 3-12 months.

Position Overview

Seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support fundraising, investor communications, and client service initiatives. This role will partner closely with investment professionals and institutional investors while helping maintain high-quality reporting and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

-Prepare investor presentations, DDQs, RFPs, and marketing materials.

-Assist with fundraising efforts and investor communications.

-Support quarterly reporting and performance updates.

-Respond to investor requests and maintain client relationships.

-Track fundraising activity and maintain CRM databases.

-Coordinate with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams.

-Assist with investor meetings, conferences, and special projects.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

-2-5+ years of experience in investor relations, client service, asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or investment banking.

-Experience responding to RFP and/or client related inquiries for firm and fund specific information.

-Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

-Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
