Title: People Experience Projects Key Responsibilities/ Tasks -Drive projects/ tasks in service of improvement of Time & Attendance Processes at the site; -Drive projects related to streamlining and harmonizing I-9 process -Create SOPs and build T&A capabilities within site for managers to own and drive the process -Develop and Standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance and Absenteeism Management -Work with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels in the org to drive projects and focus areas
