HR Generalist / Payroll, Phoenix, AZ
-We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed healthcare organization that has experienced 200% year-over-year growth through acquisitions.
-This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants hands-on payroll exposure in a complex, multi-entity environment and a clear path for advancement into Payroll leadership, Accounting, or HR as the company continues to scale.
- Manages Human Resource department assuring timely filing of all employees documents and maintains confidentiality and security of all employee information and files.
-Monitors overtime and brings to market manager's attention when excessive.
-Process all new hire wages for management's approval.
-Ensures hiring process is in compliance with company policy, state and federal guidelines.
-Oversees HR functions, seeing that orderly, efficient, and correct procedures are followed.
-Maintains all Federal I-9 and W-4 forms as required by law.
