Finance Coordinator Operations

Title: Operations Specialist - SCRA / Financial Services Client: Banking/Finance Firm Location: West Des Moines, IA 50266 - 100% Onsite role Duration: 06 Months (extension/Conversion will be based on the performance) Pay Rate: ($22 - $25) on an hoiurly basis Work Arrangement: Initial onsite training with potential transition to a hybrid schedule Job Summay: We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to review customer accounts, financial records, and military documentation to support eligibility assessments under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process high volumes of information accurately. Responsibilities: Review customer accounts, financial records, and supporting documentation. Examine military orders and identify relevant dates and information. Support SCRA eligibility reviews by following established procedures. Update and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems. Identify discrepancies, missing information, and documentation errors. Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets. Handle confidential customer and financial information responsibly. Required Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to review and interpret detailed documents. Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or back-office operations. Experience in document verification, data processing, or account review. Knowledge of SCRA or experience reviewing military documentation.
