Job Summary

We are a nationwide company that specializes in residential roof coatings.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee residential roof coating projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising a team of workers to achieve project goals efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the roofing industry.

We are looking to hire ASAP!

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test.

Must be willing to travel frequently. Company truck is provided so must have a valid driver's license. If you like to travel and want year round work this is a great opportunity. Some of the places we will send you include Orlando, Nashville, San Antonio, Tampa, Denver, and Salt Lake City.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations on project sites.
• Communicate with the customers before, during, and after the project is completed.
• Operate a drone to accurately take pictures of the work being performed.
• Communicate back to main office once jobs are complete.
• Pickup material for workers from local supply houses and deliver to job site as needed.
• Travel is a requirement. We are nationwide and will require the site manager to travel for 1-2 weeks at a time. All travel expenses are paid.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing construction sites with a focus on residential roofing.
• Proficient in email, outlook, and using drones.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of best roofing practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
