Epic Training Manager

Job title- Epic Training Manager Location-Raleigh, NC(Remote) Duration-6+ months We are hiring an Epic Training Manager for a remote contract opportunity supporting enterprise Epic training initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Epic training team, including trainers, curriculum development, and training operations. Develop and maintain enterprise Epic training strategies, curricula, materials, and standards. Coordinate training for Epic implementations, upgrades, workflow changes, and new functionality. Partner with Epic application teams, analysts, clinical/business leaders, and governance groups. Develop training plans, schedules, communications, and readiness milestones. Monitor training completion, effectiveness, competency, and user feedback. Ensure training content aligns with approved Epic workflows and organizational requirements. Support go-live and post-go-live training activities. Standardize training processes across multiple healthcare facilities. Provide status reporting, performance metrics, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Epic EHR training program management experience. 5+ years of Epic implementation, upgrade, or optimization experience. 3+ years leading and managing Epic training teams. 3+ years developing and managing Epic training curriculum and materials. 3+ years of experience with Epic training methodologies and adult learning principles. 3+ years of project management and implementation experience.z
