Entery Level Accountant / AP / AR

The Entry Level Accountant / AP / AR is responsible for supporting the accounting team by managing accounts payable and receivable functions, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role involves close collaboration with a small team and requires interaction with both vendors and clients during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Process vendor and customer invoices accurately
• Perform data entry related to financial records
• Track and reconcile expenses and payments
• Handle customer billing and payment processing
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Collaborate with a small team of 1-5 members
• Communicate effectively with vendors and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in accounting
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Good communication skills
