Job Description Job Description PROMAN Staffing is hiring an Electrical Production Assembler II for a growing manufacturing facility in the Houston 77095 area. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented candidates with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, and production manufacturing environments. Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of products and components
- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications
- Complete wiring, component installation, repairs, and rework as needed
- Conduct electrical and functional testing on assembled products
- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate production records as required
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Minimum 2 years of recent electrical assembly, wiring, or production assembly experience
- Experience working with electrical currents, wiring, and electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Testing and troubleshooting experience
