The Opportunity

Our client, a leading commercial mechanical contractor in the Nashville, Tennessee area, is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join its growing construction team. If you have experience installing commercial HVAC systems from start to finish-including ductwork, line sets, equipment, minor electrical, and basic controls-this is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a respected contractor known for quality craftsmanship and long-term project success.

This position offers steady commercial work, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work on healthcare, industrial, institutional, government, and large commercial projects throughout Middle Tennessee.

What You'll Do

• Install complete commercial HVAC systems from rough-in through startup support.
• Install sheet metal duct systems, VAV boxes, diffusers, and related air distribution components.
• Install refrigeration piping and line sets.
• Set rooftop units, air handlers, exhaust fans, split systems, and other HVAC equipment.
• Complete minor electrical connections associated with HVAC installations.
• Install and assist with basic HVAC controls.
• Read blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
• Coordinate daily work with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project schedules.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

What You Bring

• Minimum of three years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to independently complete HVAC installations.
• Experience with:
• • Commercial ductwork
  • Refrigeration piping and line sets
  • Minor electrical
  • Basic controls
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver's license.

Location & Schedule

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, working primarily on commercial construction projects throughout Middle Tennessee. This is a full-time position with overtime available based on project schedules.
