Chimney Sales & Inspection Technician

What You'll Do

- Conduct chimney inspections and clearly explain findings to homeowners

- Learn and understand the full anatomy and function of chimney systems

- Safely get on and off roofs to perform inspections

- Navigate attics and tight spaces when necessary

- Write detailed, accurate inspection reports

- Communicate with customers via text, phone, and in person (including follow-ups)

- Use our company app to follow established processes and workflows

- Build trust with customers and convert inspections into sales opportunities

Training & Onboarding

We provide hands-on training to set you up for success, including:

- Chimney system education (anatomy, common issues, solutions)

- Roof safety and ladder use

- Inspection and reporting process

- Sales communication and customer experience

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and follow-up skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Coachable and able to take direction

- Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces

- Ability to lift and carry ladders and equipment

- Physically capable of climbing roofs and accessing attics

- Detail-oriented with solid writing skills for reports

- Ability to follow structured processes within our app
