Competitive Pay:

• Average: $1,265 per week / $65,780 per year
• Starting pay: $26 per hour
• Top pay: $27 per hour after 90 days
• Average 1,800 miles per week

• Home daily
• Shift starts between 1:30 am and 2:00 am and runs until deliveries are complete for the day
• Monday-Friday, weekend work as needed
• Average 10-12 hours per day
• Coverage area of 275 miles, ensuring predictability and stability in your workload

• Pick up trailers at the drop yard in Church Hill, TN and deliver to customer locations or warehouses
• Inspect all loads for proper securement of racks and products
• Some loads will include backhauls
• Drivers must be present while customers unload their deliveries
• Haul crates of glass and racks of glass (safe, stable freight)

• Must live within a 75-mile radius
• Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have Class A CDL
• No convictions for Reckless Driving within the past 5 years
• No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
• No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
• No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years

• Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
• Count freight
• Complete fuel tickets
• Obtain sales leads
• Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
• Perform pre-trip inspections
• Drive
• Regular predictable attendance
• Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
• Enter/Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level
