Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cherry Picker / Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse and inventory team. This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment, accurately picking and moving inventory, and using RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate has previous experience with cherry picker and reach truck equipment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a stable company in a temporary-to-hire role. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment to pick, stock, and move inventory
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and complete order transactions
• Perform inventory control, replenishment, and cycle count activities
• Load, unload, and organize materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous Cherry Picker and Reach Truck operating experience required
• RF Scanner experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at elevated heights
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

The base pay range for this position is $17.00-$18.50 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
