Shift Description : Day Shift , Standard : 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 17:00

Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
Support Staff: 1 assigned clinical team out-patient; 1 assigned APP in-patient
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: up to 40 hours per week once per month and as needed for vacation coverage
Patients per day: 16 OUT-PATIENT; 10-15 IN-PATIENT
Patient Population/Age: 18-100
Department Description: Electrophysiology
EMR: EPIC
Hospital Bed size: 270
Special Procedures: Electrophysiology: Pacemaker Implant; ICD implant (traditional and sub-Q); Loop recorder implant and/or explant; Ablations: AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER
Skills Required: Cardiology/Electrophysiology
Pay Rate: $415/hour on 1099
