Advise high-growth companies and their investors across the full business lifecycle, from formation through financings and exit events. This role offers hands-on exposure to venture capital transactions and strategic corporate matters within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Description Advise clients on corporate matters, including emerging companies and growth-related transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements, such as financing and equity documents. Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic legal counsel. Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting clients in the professional services sector. Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality legal services. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed. Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance client offerings. Profile A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York State Bar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in corporate law, particularly in emerging companies and growth transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong client relationships. A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal support. Job Offer Competitive base annual salary ranging from $235,000 to $310,000 USD, based on JD year and other relevant factors.
