• Assist the manager in daily operations and team coordination.
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and dispatching of service appointments.
• Handle customer inquires and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain warehouse inventory levels, order supplies, organize stock as needed.
• Perform small repairs on equipment as needed.
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and culture.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
