Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and two (2) years of experience in troubleshooting complex software applications. Specific Skills: Also requires background in: CI/CD; DevSecOps; Docker; Cloud networking; Linux; Scripting; Technical support or customer service with a technical focus; and Product deployment, configuration, and usage scenarios. Worksite: Burlington, MA Pay Range and Benefits Information: The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between Salary: $100,494.16 to $120,494.16 per year.
