Job Description

An Antitrust Associate is sought to support a global competition practice in Washington, DC. The role covers a broad mix of merger reviews, investigations, litigation, and advisory work. Client Details A leading international law firm with approximately 1,000 lawyers across 12 offices in the United States and Europe. The firm operates at the intersection of government, technology, and business, delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence, collaboration, and client success across diverse global industries. Description Provide legal counsel on antitrust and competition law matters. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and regulatory compliance. Assist in drafting legal documents, including agreements and pleadings. Advise clients on antitrust investigations, litigation, and merger reviews. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies. Stay updated on developments in antitrust laws and provide insights to clients and team members. Support cross-functional teams in addressing complex legal challenges. Represent clients in negotiations and proceedings as required. Profile A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition law. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $365,000 USD, based on JD year and other relevant factors.
